Wholesale supply

Grass-fed beef.
Pies for your menu.

We already supply trade customers from our Hodson farm and butchery. Whether you need dependable kitchen cuts, larger primals, a whole-beast arrangement or our Parsonage Pies for your menu, we can talk through the right supply for you.

Supplying our local community

On local menus.

We’re currently supplying Marlborough Rugby Club and The Calley Arms in Hodson. If you run a pub, club, shop or kitchen, we’d be pleased to talk about supplying yours.

Flexible supply

From individual cuts to whole beasts

Wholesale does not have to mean a fixed box. We can talk through the cuts you use, the way you want them packed and the volume that makes sense for your kitchen, shop or project.

01

Trade cuts & joints

Dry-aged steaks, rolled topside, brisket, rib, chuck, mince and other useful cuts, supplied to an agreed specification and subject to availability.

02

Whole, half & quarter beasts

For customers who want to work across the animal. We can plan the cutting and packing brief together, including larger primals or retail-ready packs.

03

Butchery products

Burgers, sausages and beef bacon can be discussed as part of a larger order, with pack sizes and flavours agreed before production.

04

Parsonage Pies for trade

Our own beef, made into proper pies and supplied frozen, ready to cook. Talk to us about flavours, quantities and lead times for your menu.

How it works

A supply arrangement, not just a transaction

We are a small farm and butchery, so the useful starting point is a conversation. Tell us what you actually use and we will be honest about the best way to supply it.

  1. Tell us the requirementCuts, expected volume, pack sizes, frequency and intended use.
  2. Agree the specificationWe confirm pricing, availability, cutting and packing before the batch.
  3. Plan the consignmentOrders are scheduled around carcass availability and the necessary ageing time.
  4. Pack, label & collectYour order is prepared to the agreed brief. Beef is invoiced by packed weight and pies by the agreed quantity.
